Wellness expert Elana Amsterdam is author of the popular website www.elanaspantry.com and The Gluten-Free Almond Flour Cookbook (Random House July 2009), which is now in its fifth printing just over a year after its release. The book was named one of the "Best Cookbooks of 2009" by The Denver Post. Her forthcoming book, Gluten-Free Cupcakes, will be published in April 2011. Elana lives in Boulder, Colorado, with her husband, two boys (chefs in training), two bunnies, and six chickens.
