Update to the child policy at Natural Products Expos

RSS

After listening to feedback on our new child policy at Natural Products Expo East and West, we have decided to amend the policy. Here's the scoop on the change.

Since we rolled out our new child policy for Natural Products Expo East and West this past fall, we have received a lot of feedback, both for and against the new policy. We value all of the customer feedback we received and it has been great to hear from so many retailers, manufacturers, brokers and distributors who voiced their opinions.

Because of your passion for the industry and our belief as an industry in future generations, we have decided to amend our policy. New Hope Natural Media wants to continue to cultivate future generations of the natural products industry, as we have in the past. We do, however, still need to maintain a safe tradeshow environment.

Keeping this in mind, we are reducing the minimum age for entrance to the show to 12 years old. This applies to all attendees and exhibitors. We will, as previously announced, provide on-site child care (affordable daily fees apply) and a nursing room. The majority of the feedback we received asked us to reduce the age to 12, as many did not see the necessity to have younger ages on the show floor. This will also help us keep strollers off the show floor, which have caused many injuries in the past.

We appreciate everyone's openness, your responsiveness and your support of the new policy. Please let us know your thoughts in the comments.

Expo is a very useful and informative thing, in this system you can know details of anything. In this system you can communicate with the company people and also explain about the modification of any product. There are so many company take part in the exhibition and they take the customer feed back of the products and as per the feed back they try to modify in the products, in this way they can communicate with the customer.
