As the Hispanic population continues to grow much faster than the overall population in the United States, Latin foods are becoming more popular among all consumers. Currently comprising 15 percent of the total U.S. population, the number of Hispanics in America is expected to grow to nearly 30 percent by 2050, according to the Pew Research Center. Clearly, this food trend shows no signs of cooling.
