| Honey Wasabi Salmon February, 2002 Serves 2 / A simple and elegant blending of flavors makes this dish sweetly memorable. 3 tablespoons honey 3 tablespoons soy sauce 4 tablespoons mirin (sweet Japanese rice wine) 1 teaspoon wasabi powder 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice 2 teaspoons vegetable oil 2 6-oz. fresh salmon fillets 1. In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, mirin, wasabi powder and lime juice. 2. In a nonstick skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat and cook salmon 3-5 minutes on each side, or until cooked through. Transfer salmon to plates. 3.
