My husband is the one with Celiac Disease, and I have learned to really read labels carefully. Even the cold cuts and wieners that you buy have wheat in them, except for a couple of brands, and a butcher store I found here that uses no flour in amy of their products. I find it hard to bake anything when the cookies are so hard and nothing rises properly. HELP!!!
