Please suggest peer-reviewed literature that might enlighten me on this and other topics such as dairy products consumption in America--I wasn't aware that a "majority" were unable to consume these delicious and nutritious products on a regular basis! (No one told my digestive system or all the folks that I hang out with... yes, our lactase delivery systems all seem to be just fine.)
