China remains poised to become the world's top supplement market

But to claim this title, work needs to be done to soften regulations and improve consumer education

China is not yet the largest global market for dietary supplements, but evidence suggests that this country of more than 1 billion people is quite capable of one day snatching that crown from the United States. Of course, for this to happen, some major movements in both Chinese government regulations and consumer understanding of dietary supplements will need to occur.
