BROCCOLI FLORETS in Gorgonzola Bleu Cheese Sauce

Forget about my kids, the real question is how did I get my man to eat more vegetables? Kitchen trickery! I serve broccoli in a rich and cheesy, cream sauce…then sit back and watch my whole family line up for more, even my stubborn hubby.  How do I do it? I start with premium, grade A organic broccoli florets, with very little stem, and blanch them to lock in the color and natural goodness. The cheese sauce is a blend of organic cream, butter, cheddar and Gorgonzola blue cheese that makes for a smooth and zesty, but not overly pungent, impossible to resist cheese sauce.  If all veggies were in this sauce I wouldn’t have to keep saying, “Eat Your Organic Veggies!”
