Apple Walnut Oat Muffins

1 cup plain low-fat yogurt
1/4 cup water
1 cup rolled oats
2 egg whites
1/3 cup honey
1 cup whole-wheat pastry flour
1-1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup crushed walnuts
1 medium-large apple, cored and grated
Honey, to taste (optional)

1. Preheat oven to 350°F. In a large mixing bowl, combine yogurt and water. Stir in oats. Let stand for 3 minutes, or until oats are softened. Beat in egg whites and honey.
2. In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking powder, cinnamon, salt, and walnuts. Blend dry mixture into liquid, stirring just until mixed. Fold in apple.
3. Spray muffin cups with nonstick cooking spray and fill with batter. Bake for 20-25 minutes. Cool on rack for 10 minutes before removing from pan. Serve warm, drizzled with honey if desired.

Could an argument be made that spiked supplements are in reality mislabeled pharmaceuticals? The manufacturers know what the ingredients are. They have neglected to proper label their pharmaceutical product. Could this be a situation to be addressed by the pharmaceutical industry with punishment in accordance with mislabeled pharmaceuticals?
