This is really easy to make if you use the Carrot WILD VEGGIE product. It is an all natural frozen product that I found at several natural food stores and Whole Food markets in CA. I also use it for carrot ginger salad dressing and to make carrot cake. Other flavors are availble.

In marketing natural products in the food service industry, we have gone out of our way to define natural as we all did years ago in the natural products industry. No artificial flavors, colors, minimally processed, no preservatives and now, non-GMO.  I vote to maintain natural as a certification that our industry supports and defines.
