Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cooking Time: 30 minutes

1/2 teaspoon sea salt

2-3 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon onion powder

4 large bagels (preferably whole wheat, spelt or kamut)

1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Slice bagels, creating as many thin rounds as possible; the thinner you slice them, the crisper they'll become. Lay slices on an unoiled baking dish in a single layer.

2. Crush cumin seeds using a mortar and pestle (these impart a stronger, fresher flavor than cumin powder). Combine cumin, salt, oil and onion powder in a small bowl. Brush cumin mixture on bagel slices. Bake until golden, about 30 minutes.

There are some good products that he has recommended such as CLA, but if he doesn't show a specific brand people will not buy it. We do not carry Safslim for example but regular CLA 1000mg per soft-gel which is just as good and has been effective for hundreds of our customers just fine, but since DR OZ didn't okay this specific brand they won't get it, even though it is the same thing but more cost effective!
