Fresh Peach Bellinis

 

Serves 6/  A refreshing summertime drink to celebrate the fruit of the season. 

6-8 soft, ripe, white peaches skinned and pitted

1 bottle sparkling wine

1. In a food processor or blender, purée peaches.
2. Pour 1/4 cup peach purée into a champagne flute and top off with sparkling wine.
