1/4 cup finely chopped pickled ginger


1 teaspoon pickled ginger juice


1 scallion, trimmed and thinly sliced


1 tablespoon tamari


Avocado slices for garnish

1. Mix all of the ingredients in a saucepan or bowl. If serving hot, heat over medium flame just until heated throughout.
