Green Tea and Goji Berry Smoothie

More About:

Prep time: 10 minutes

Serves 2/This sunrise-colored smoothie, fortified with a small dose of caffeine, may convince you to give up coffee as your morning beverage. Ingredient tip: Green tea and goji berries offer potent antioxidants to start your day right, and yogurt’s protein makes this an on-the-go superfoods breakfast. Prep tips: To avoid scorching the tea, be sure to use water that’s just off the boil. To freeze bananas, peel and slice, place in a plastic bag, and place in freezer overnight. Freezing several at a time makes spontaneous smoothies a cinch.

2 green tea bags

1/2 cup nearly boiling water

1-2 ice cubes

1 cup plain Greek yogurt

1 sliced frozen banana

2 tablespoons goji berries, plus extra for garnish

2 teaspoons agave nectar

1. Place tea bags in a cup; pour 1/2 cup boiling water over tea bags and steep for 2–3 minutes. Remove tea bags and squeeze out liquid. Add 1–2 ice cubes to cool.

2. Pour cooled tea into a blender. Add yogurt, banana, goji berries, and agave. Purée until smooth. Pour into glasses and sprinkle with whole goji berries. Serve immediately.

There are some good products that he has recommended such as CLA, but if he doesn't show a specific brand people will not buy it. We do not carry Safslim for example but regular CLA 1000mg per soft-gel which is just as good and has been effective for hundreds of our customers just fine, but since DR OZ didn't okay this specific brand they won't get it, even though it is the same thing but more cost effective!
