Maple Blue* Serves 2 If you love blueberry cobbler, this smoothie is for you. It's a delightful combination of blueberries, maple and cinnamon. Drink it for breakfast with pancakes or waffles.

1 cup low-fat blueberry yogurt
3/4 cup low-fat milk
1 tablespoon maple syrup
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 cups fresh blueberries, frozen

Combine the yogurt, milk, syrup and cinnamon in a blender. Add the blueberries and blend until smooth.
