Nachos Serves 2 What four words describe your child's perfect snack? "Ready in a minute!" Nachos are fast food that all kids can learn to make. And the good news is that it's a lot healthier than any drive-thru fast food, too.

Prep Time: 3 minutes
Cooking Time: 1 minute


(about 24 chips)


1/4 cup grated lowfat cheddar or jack cheese


Favorite nacho toppings: chopped green onions, sliced black olives, jalapeños, etc.


Bottled salsa


Lowfat sour cream

1. Place chips on a microwavable plate. Sprinkle cheese over chips followed by desired toppings. Microwave 1 minute or until cheese is melted (or bake in a 350°F oven 8 to 10 minutes). Serve with salsa and lowfat sour cream if desired.

There are some good products that he has recommended such as CLA, but if he doesn't show a specific brand people will not buy it. We do not carry Safslim for example but regular CLA 1000mg per soft-gel which is just as good and has been effective for hundreds of our customers just fine, but since DR OZ didn't okay this specific brand they won't get it, even though it is the same thing but more cost effective!
