Sweet-Glazed Tofu Cutlets

More About:

Sweet-Glazed Tofu Cutlets Serves 4 We challenge anyone who thinks tofu is tasteless to try this recipe. Let it cook as you stir-fry the veggies for the Indonesian Noodles.

Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cooking Time: 10 minutes

1 tablespoon safflower or canola oil

1 teaspoon sesame oil

2 tablespoons honey

2 tablespoons soy sauce

2 tablespoons sherry

2 scallions, sliced, for garnish

1. Cut tofu crosswise into 1/4-inch-thick slices. Blot slices between paper towels.

2. Combine oils, honey, soy sauce and sherry, then heat mixture slowly in a large skillet.

3. Arrange tofu slices in the skillet, then flip to coat with sauce on both sides. Fry tofu over moderately high heat until the underside is golden and crisp, then flip and fry the other side. Serve cutlets garnished with scallions.

There are some good products that he has recommended such as CLA, but if he doesn't show a specific brand people will not buy it. We do not carry Safslim for example but regular CLA 1000mg per soft-gel which is just as good and has been effective for hundreds of our customers just fine, but since DR OZ didn't okay this specific brand they won't get it, even though it is the same thing but more cost effective!
