Chromadex has expanded its BluScience line, which now includes heart health, anti-aging, focus and energy and weight management formulas. The products feature pTeroPure, Chromadex’s propriety nature-identical form of pterostilbene, a polyphenolic compound found in blueberries.

Kemin launched a green tea powder for the dietary supplements market that contains the antioxidant profile of brewed green tea, but is free of solvent-based extracts. Called AssuriTEA Green, it is 100 percent water extracted and contains the full spectrum of green tea polyphenols, including EGCG, non-EGCG catechins, and non-catechin antioxidants.

Baobab fruit powder
BI Nutraceuticals launched a baobab fruit powder that can bring fiber, micronutrients and antioxidants to foods or beverages. Baobab fruit pulp is said to have four times more antioxidant activity than kiwi or apple.
