It sounds delicious, but it is probably not good for you. Why? Because peanuts are legumes, not nuts, and are likely GMO even if "natural", causing indigestion, etc. Why not go organic, or try making a walnut or almond coconut spread?
Peanuts can be organic and so not GMO. And it's soybeans that are more likely to be GMO than peanuts. AND you have to check ingredients anyway to see if GMO or not.
So we have to be careful before making blanket statements.
